In 2022 the Steering Committee of the Alps-Adriatic-Alliance (AAA) has approved the project “Fair & Female” which focuses on an artistic approach to equal opportunity and gender matters. One of the project partners is the organization “VISIBLE” form Kärnten/Carinthia which is run by Ute Liepold.
Dr. Liepold is a stage director, author and manager of “Theater Wolkenflug”. She also teaches gender studies at Alpen-Adria Universität Klagenfurt. In March 2023 Ute Tischler was awarded the “Maria Tusch Women´s Award” by the city of Klagenfurt for her accomplishments in equal opportunities.
