Excursion: “Meet the Culture – Contemporary History in Bad Eisenkappel/Železna Kapla

In the framework of the TCP on Art and Culture´s project “Meet the Culture – Alps-Adriatic Network” an excursion to Bad Eisenkappel/Železna Kapla in Carinthia will be offered on Friday May 18th 2018:
Concerning the 2nd World War Bad Eisenkappel has a very interesting resistance history. Partisan memorials and descendants of Slovenian speaking partisans as well as contemporary regional cultural initiatives will be visited. The participants will have the opportunity to meet with contemporary artists from both Slovenia and Carinthia and discuss how history affects the present situation in the area.
