The AAA-project “BioTransalpine Exchange (BTAE) combined regionality (food products from within a radius of 300km) paired with ecology and sustainability (organic food, ecological packaging) and an intensive cultural exchange. Between July 2022 and June 2023 six such markets were organized in the city center of Graz/Styria.
The project partners from Slovenia, Croatia, Carinthia and Styria were invited to present themselves and their organic products. Within the framework of these tasting and presentation markets of exclusively organic certified products a lively social and cultural exchange took place between producers and guests.
The markets were accompanied by music from the respective neighboring regions.
